The work includes education around complaints, service, discovery, motions, hearings, trials, summary judgment, debt-collection pressure, eviction-related pressure, and practical issue framing. Lawyers don’t have secret knowledge. They have procedural knowledge, and they are paid well to keep it that way.
Court pressure makes smart people feel small. That is the problem Professional Litigant was built to fight. The first job is not to make someone reckless. It is to slow the panic, organize the papers, name the issue, understand the next procedural move, and know when a lawyer is needed. Professional Litigant does not promise outcomes.
